Summary	0001212: Add relation type to ANIME & FILE commands
Description	The relation field in those commands only allows to retrieve the related animeIDs but not the type. Simply adding a character before or after the id would do the trick. i.e.: For AID 4 s[equel]5,p[requel]1,sum884
