Summary0001352: English/Japanese anime titles: allow Unicode for synonyms
DescriptionCurrently, for the following two languages, Japanese (transcription) and English, it is not allowed to use anything but ASCII characters.

This raises a few issues, especially when a title is designed with accents/diacritics. A few examples of anime titles:
* Chäos;HEAd
* HAPPY?LESSON
* Pokémon
* téknolàiz
* TOKKÔ
* T?ky? Babylon

My idea would be to allow any Unicode character for at least one of the two languages (Japanese transcription or English), but for Synonyms only. For Official titles we could keep the ASCII only restriction for compatibility issues.
Additional InformationA similar issue exists for episode titles, but it might be more difficult to find a workaround.
Tagslanguage, Unicode, UTF-8
