Summary | 0001482: When adding/editing the group to a file via search, force the user to select a group from the results
Description | AJAX version only. Here's the question, are those 2009 released files by Animehaven really released by AH http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=group&gid=1 ? Or is it just a case fahrenheit has overlooked when adding groups via search. After you do a search for a group and then without selecting anything from the "By search:" dropdown menu you hit enter, it doesn't complain at all, it simply adds Animehaven as the released group (since AH got id1), that's really bad, I've seen numerous cases from Lafiel where new files by AH are added, most of them luckily get edited right after, but there are some that have not been corrected. Yes, you're supposed to pick a group after search, but a lot of the users don't notice that. When AJAX is disabled, it properly complains "no changes were made", twice even (it also gives "No change", sure the error report could be a bit better, but at least it doesn't add the wrong group).
