So far as I know, there is no "alternative episode titles". Do you mean "other language titles"? On which page exactly: anime page or episode page or other specific page? With which settings as default episode title language: English I presume? |

My settings are default episode titles in English, "other language titles" in Japanese + Japanese transcript. On anime page English titles are renamed to "Episode ##" to hide possible spoilers but Japanese titles are shown normally. |
