Summary | 0001664: Open up the creq page to all the users
Description | An attempt to make users more aware about what all a normal user can change and to contribute with comments (related to another tracker entry). I don't really see why this should be hidden, obviously the names for non-mods would need to be hidden as per EXP's demand of private user data. The problem here is where a user can access the creq page, I'd like the link to be in the main menu below "users" (anigoogle CSS) or somewhere in that section I suppose. This would probably also not work with the current default cause of menu length restriction? The intention for this is to make AniDB users aware of creqs in general, as I mentioned above; it's also an attempt to make the users more active regards the correctness of data by allowing them to see all the pending changes and having the ability to comment on them. I won't deny that there may be tards commenting, but that can be taken care of when the problem arises.
