Description	Episode restrictions can't be set for OVAs, even when adding under the special episodes. Tested on Lucky Star OVA, C1.

DerIdiot 2009-08-29 17:06 administrator ~0002955	ok changed the current behavior for all the pages that make use of it and re-enabled the eprange field.
