His episode relation is "1-4, C1S2, S4T1, T2, T3, T5", it seems commas are missing between different types of episodes. When you edit the relation, the commas are still missing, and you have to add them manually. If you don't add them manually, as 'C1S2' is not a valid episode, it gets ignored and removed.

The Creq information page is also missing the commas, as well as the Cast tab on the anime page (though I just assume it's one method/function that needss to be fixed).

Using AJAX or not doesn't make a difference.
