Somewhere on the Anime entry page, have a shoutbox, the last 5 comment thread entries, and a link to the rest of the comments thread.

Would definitely see more users commenting on the forums.

 This should be optional, and on by default.

Also would be a good idea to incorporate this onto http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=group&gid=505&aid=1
