Summary	0002224: Creq watchlist/subscription/bookmark/thing option
Description	Many times, people would like to subscribe to certain creqs and watch their development. This is especially true when you're not directly involved with a creq but it has to do with something else you're doing. Currently, the only way to be notified of creq messages is to send a message to it. That also only notifies you of further messages, so you don't get notified of e.g. creq status changes (thus you cannot know if it was granted/denied/etc unless a message gets sent). Many of us currently implement our own solutions to deal with it, like bookmarking creqs on the browser, keeping them as open tabs, or dumping links to them on small personal databases of sorts. However, I doubt any such solution would be as good as an actual AniDB-provided list of these creqs; indeed, a way to bookmark creqs in AniDB itself would be most helpful. This is more or less how this would work: you should be easily notified of changes in any of them, just as you would be if it was your creq. As creqs can continue to receive developments even after closing, no limitations should be placed on whether a creq can be bookmarked. Unbookmarking would need to be an option as well. If 0002223 is implemented, bookmarking a creq would subscribe to it, and unbookmarking it would entail the option of unsubscribing. A profile option with three settings would be ideal: always unsubscribe / only unsubscribe when "not issuer, not owner, has not messaged the creq" / never unsubscribe.
