| Description | On behalf of this guy, migrating from forum. http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=cmt&id=30240 ==== > Reduce the minimum votes to calculate the rate for individual episodes from "10" to 3; since most episodes have votes less than 10, keeping the minimum of 10 will make this rate of no use. 3 might be too low, but a lower threshold for episode votes is a good idea.
