Among other possible side effects, this breaks tag stats, e.g. http://anidb.net/t1088 says "Tag Stats usage: 13 total, 13 Character", but the page only shows 12 tagged characters. In case the tags are deleted before you can get to this issue, here's the tag list for the deleted character: capelet, boots, dress, long hair, hime cut, android, alien, kind, orange hair, purple eyes.
