Summary | 0002355: Ongoing anime: display "[current aired count]+" instead of "TBC" and sort by "[current aired count]"
Description | Based on http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=cmt&id=55218 and partially also on http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=cmt&id=51833 Basically, if the anime has no confirmed ep count, we currently show it as TBC everywhere, and, if memory serves, sorting considers them as 0 episodes. That's less than ideal. The idea is that, in such a case, we'd see the current count of aired [1] episodes, followed by the plus sign. In sorting, the anime would be treated by the current count of aired episodes as well. Example: some ongoing anime has already aired 152 episodes. Instead of seeing "TBC" episodes everywhere (e.g. anime list, seiyuu work tab on creator pages, ...), we'd see "152+" episodes; when sorting anime by ep count, it'd be together with other anime with 152 episodes. I believe the only place where it is reasonable to keep "unknown number of episodes" is the anime page's main info block, and even there it might be useful to say "unknown number of episodes, xyz aired" or something similar. [1]: I chose aired, as opposed to added, because it seems better for various reasons, including not encouraging people to add a million episodes in advance.
