| Description | https://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=addgroupgroup&gid=4913 Prior deleted groupgroup relations do not prevent user from re-adding; it should generate an ADD creq to re-add by a non-group maintainer if the relation with a group has been deleted before. ANY past relation should block a re-add of ANY relation type. ie, if it was added as child rel before and was deleted, that should still block a later re-add as a different type such as split from rel. | ||||
