Summary0002529: Tag Admin - Mass Tagentity Reassign Error

Essentially, on the tag admin page where it's filtered by tagentityrel for all rels of a single tag, ie

https://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=admin&mode=tagentities&adm=tags&orderby.date=0.2&hentities=0&reltb=eptb&tagid=3884

If I select 1 or more tag entities, select a new tag, and hit change tag, sometimes it will throw an error. SO far I can't pinpoint what triggers the error. It has errored on both changing only 1 tagentity, and multiple tagentity.

Put in the input as in attached input.png, and get result as in attached result.png.

1) the old tag "skirt suit" was not removed from either
2a) "business suit" was not added to "Takanashi Kyouko"
2b) the "business suit" tag was already preexisting on "Kaname Junko" so no impact there
