Summary | 0002567: Creq page (creq.id=XYZ), add button to send a system PM to user requesting their input
Description | Currently, it is not altogether uncommon for us to have to request someone's input in a creq. The way we currently do it is rather primitive: we assign the creq to the user, reply with whatever we want them to read, and assign it back to us. It would be nice if we were to have a simpler way of doing it. For example, having a button called, say, "Request Input". Upon filling a name and pressing that button (the same way you'd assign a creq, really), the user would receive a system PM. As an example, the title could be "Your input has been requested in creqid XYZ - SOMETHINGTB!" (somethingtb = table name), and the contents could be: "Your input has been requested in the creq XYZ by MODNAME. Please check the creq and provide input as requested." Also, in the creq, a line similar to the "owner changed to" one would be added, as follows: Requested input of: USERNAME (UID) by MODNAME on TIMESTAMP
