DescriptionOn any EDIT-type tagreltb creq, "modify creq" button: https://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=tag&tag.edit=XXX&creqid=YYY

The XXX param for tag.edit should be the corresponding tag ID, but the tagreltb rel ID is given instead, breaking the link.
