| Description | As on the tin. It is currently unnecessary to go through a creq in order to readd previously deleted deleted charanimerels, which can lead to cases such as https://anidb.net/c9395168 Seeing that (almost) every other rel type requires a creq to readd a deleted one, it seems only reasonable to require it here as well. | ||||
