| Description | Users sometimes get quite confused by the internal note count when it's bigger than zero, perhaps in no small part because the site goes to great lengths to make said number obvious, what with that "here be important text" color and all.
It seems to me that it would simplify things (and, in some fringe cases, perhaps even increase mod freedom to talk in as many internal notes as deemed necessary) if users couldn't see the count to begin with. Maybe replace the number with a small N/A wherever it appears, so as to not eliminate the column? |
