Most of the fields, including these two, are locked down after an autocreq has been processed, but before that, they can be freely creq'd (and every now and then, someone tries to do so).
To prevent anyone from filing that kind of ungrantable creqs in the future, the ed2k and size fields should be made uneditable as soon as any file dumps are assigned to that file. |
