| Description | When tag maintainers and up click delete tag, we get a choice between "delete" and "delete and blacklist". Add an extra text input filed on this page, called "Blacklist comments", and prepopulate it with the default message "tag added by <<username>>". This way, we can edit the message directly, if the goal is blacklisting, instead of having to click into the blacklist admin page to go edit the comment. Typically, the deleting maintainer would want to add something like a link to a creq where the deletion was discussed. | ||||
