| Description | Create a LVL_ANNOTATION role, which allows the rights holder to see and edit all annotations on all tables, including both users and entries. Very useful for creq handlers and other trusted users to have this right. Creq handlers for example can use this to add a user annotation to trusted individuals, or flag individuals known to add bad data. If these rights are currently part of LVL_MOD, separate it from LVL_MOD. | ||||
