Description	Feature request: Remove "You already posted less than 1 min ago." for adv users. Please shorten it to something more reasonable like 30 seconds; it would rather be clear that we're not given advanced user position just to be spamming. This is ridiculous when trying to make a new thread and talk a little bit. The fact I had to waste 1 minute trying to make this thread is ridiculous. The fact you have to read me bitching is ridiculous.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Post as user with advanced user role. 2. Post again within 1 minute. 3. ??????????????????????????????????????????? 4. No profit. Everyone loses.
