Summary | 0003404: Allow marking and hiding individual fields in entries as spoiler
Description | It can be the case that a piece of factual data in an entry can be a spoiler. A mechanism for indicating this and hiding it from view would parallel the spoiler handling for tags. For example, the “Date Of Birth” of a character can spoil that perse is a time traveller if it is in the future with respect to the time perse appears in. Per “Age” can reveal that perse is not human if it is beyond a humanʼs lifespan. The “Date Of Death” of a main character is almost always a spoiler.
Additional Information | A case that has come up is for a character entry (https://anidb.net/c9010463#msg25146208), and I suppose that most or all of them would be. So implementing this only for these entries might suffice.
