| Description | I imported all my old data from MyAnimeList without any trouble, but the history (among other things) in my user page shows everything as watched on the exactly moment I imported everything. I think it would be nice if we could change the watched date of individual files/episodes. Maybe AniDB should be able to import all the date data from MAL too... | ||||

Is the view date data part of the MAL anime list export? |

I looked in the export file from MAL and this no have the date data per file/episode, only date per anime (start date and finish date). Anyway, I think that may be useful be able to change the watched date of files/episodes. |

1. mal mylist import was rewritten, but is still in an internal test phase. 2. for some months it's also possible to set start-/enddates on a per anime base. these are also imported by the new importer 3. i added the viewdate to the edit form so you _could_ set it on a per file base, but i would suggest to not do that as it's a tiresome process to edit every single file and it would get ditched the second you delete the file and add a new one anyway. saver to stick with the start-/end date on anime level as those are preserved no matter what |
