Summary	0001471: Improve status messages for category additions
Description	Upon adding a category for an anime, messages similar to the following are presented to the user: "Added category 11 for anime." which is not terribly informative. Perhaps it should be, "Added category Josei (123) with weight ***." (The anime name is already the page title and heading) Cheers.
