Summary	0001538: Make default title languages affect anime pages
Description	Make "Profile -> Default Languages -> Title languages" affect how titles are displayed on the anime page, at the top and in the relations box. Example: Language is set to german If anime has official german title -> display it else if it has synonym german title -> display it else display main title (usually japanese transcription) http://xs539.xs.to/xs539/09191/mantis327.png
