DescriptionWhen viewing and subsequently applying a filter to the "quick vote" (http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=quickvote) page, if there are no titles to vote on in that category.

This page should at least redisplay the filter options instead of forcing the user to utilise the back/forward browser options.
Steps To ReproduceLoad http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=quickvote and then apply a filter to a category that you do not have anything left to vote on.
