Summary0001926: Add anime you are planning to watch on your MyList
DescriptionI'm suggesting to add a feature which allows users to add anime they're planning to watch but of which they don't have any files yet (e.g. if it is a future anime with no files at all, not even generic files). Or alternatively, allow users to build a separate list that contains such entries.

Ooooor if the wishlist feature is meant to replicate this functionality, it should be made more visible. It would be great if an user could choose to merge that information into their public mylist.
Steps To ReproduceN/A
Additional InformationMyAnimeList has this feature, and I'd really prefer if AniDB had it too.

Lack of proofreading before posting kicks in again. Add "onto their mylist" at the end of the first sentence.

yes wishlist is meant to be used for this. i don't see the issue with keepign this in 2 seperate places as this _is_ an entirely different thing. there may be bits overlapping, but the general inuendo is different. also for the overlap between the 2 lists there are filter for mylist to filter in the sidebar it accordingly.

Still, it would be more handy to see everything at once. e.g. when asking someone for new anime suggestions, someone suggested a series that was on my wishlist already because they couldn't see it on the mylist. It's really obscure, only being visible on the Latest tab (afaik). E: Appears that there is a link to it on a user's profile page, though reaching it that way needs two clicks.

Also, wishlist needs continuous manual supervising because "to get" series I add to mylist don't automatically disappear there, and neither do the "to watch" when they're already completed.

removing entries from mylist automatically might very well be undesireable. let's say i want to rewatch something at some point or redownload a better version

I didn't mean it that way, what I meant was that the wishlist get entry should disappear when you actually obtain the whole series and the wishlist watch entry should likewise disappear when you finish it. Or it should at least be a toggleable option.

A toggleable option for that sounds good. Particularly, a toggleable option for "remove from wishlist when added to mylist" would be highly useful for me, due to how I use the wishlist.
