Summary0002052: myCreqs page lumping completed creqs onto pending tab

Seems that on the myCreqs page, if there's at least 1 pending creq in a category (ie file creq), all creqs of that category are shown on the pending tab, instead of only the actual pending ones.
Steps To Reproduce1. Close a creq (grant, revoke, deny, w.e) of whatever type.
2. issue a new creq of that type.
TagsNo tags attached.

Relationships

has duplicate 0001891 resolvedDerIdiot Pending creqs will cause all creqs for the same kind of data to appear in the "Pending" tab

I'm not too sure it's of "whatever" type, rather it may be of some types. I don't know why.

May be already fixed in dev. Dupe of at least 1891 and possibly others.
