Summary	0002135: Buddy add page css anomaly
Description	See screenshot. Seems to be because of #addrelform > form > table > tbody > tr.header that it's applying blue all the way across. May need to rearrange the elements... I would have just changed the "#layout-main table tr.header" selector to "#layout-main table tr.header th", but then not sure how that would affect all other .header elsewhere.
