Summary0002184: Show message count for creq messages
DescriptionOn creq pages, show the message count in the top left of the message bubble.

For internal/mod messages, ideally they would be counted on a separate count.

Obviously, hot links directly to creq messages would be silly and not needed.

See screenshot.  Instead of just saying "message by", say "message 0000003 by"

Same thing with internal notes, "Internal Note #1 by".

Basically, it would make it easier to refer back to previous notes.

If possible, internal notes should have a separate post count from regular messages.
