Summary	0002184: Show message count for creq messages
Description	On creq pages, show the message count in the top left of the message bubble. For internal/mod messages, ideally they would be counted on a separate count. Obviously, hot links directly to creq messages would be silly and not needed.

CDB-Man 2014-11-21 06:17 manager ~0003506	See screenshot. Instead of just saying "message by", say "message 0000003 by" Same thing with internal notes, "Internal Note #1 by". Basically, it would make it easier to refer back to previous notes. If possible, internal notes should have a separate post count from regular messages.
