Descriptiona) Templates
As mentioned with aaabbb on IRC, allow templates to be saved, for the top half of the massadd page.

b) CSV import
As an alternative to the bottom half, where you currently dump ed2k then adjust the dropdowns + release date boxes, instead allow CSV import of those fields.
Either as a file upload, or as a textarea to paste in raw CSV, both would work.

Also, on the current/old massadd page, somewhere near the release date boxes, write down an example sentence, like: "For release dates, use dd.mm.yyyy"
