Note urls aren't an issue, eg: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L%27Arc-en-Ciel And I'm up for translation of of anidb interface, we just need a full time webcoder, that exp gets along with. |

well, the auto conversion of ' is a security/legacy issue. this won't be changed anytime soon. and I don't see this as a real problem either. converting the entire db to utf8 was already requested and would be a nice thing. however it involves a lot of difficulties and work. so don't expect to see that anytime soon. as for internationalization of the interface, well that's atm not even on the todo list. i guess that would be something to do if we ever do a complete rewrite of anidb. so maybe in a couple of years :P and I don't think it's really needed either, anidb is after all an english centered anime community. if you don't know english you will have a hard time anyway (i.e. animetitles, anime descriptions, reviews, forum, news, creq descriptions, ...) |
