Similar to the already available options (as shown in the drop-down list in the above screenshot), can we have a new add/update action for notifications? I'd like to have the new action look as such:

add/update notification
all (for Type), all (for Episode Type), low (for Priority)

with the addition of 0002661 and 0002662 i'd say this is redundant. aside the amount of options to be added to the dropdown for this seems silly to me
