DescriptionCurrently, to be able to view the footer (the V 0.0.99dev ... (C) 2002 stuff) in Category, you need to + Setting and + Time.

CSS problem? Isn't the footer, like everything else, currently a massive absolute positioning hack? (Which is nearly all that css is good for...)
