Summary | 0003049: Tags: users have non-functional "delete" button for newly-created tags instead of "request removal" one
Description | Upon accidentally creating a tag, a user cannot attempt to remove it without manually doing a url hack. They have no permissions the newly-created tag, which is good, but they see a "delete" button instead of a "request removal" one, which is bad, because they get an access denied error when clicking the delete button. I'm not sure about when the user loses the delete button and gets the request removal one, if ever.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. As regular user, create a tag. A typo of an existing tag is a good choice. 2. Still as regular user, attempt to delete it. 3. You divided by zero. Watch the world burn.
