Summary | 0003057: Unread message notification: Highlight in a stronger styling (red, bold, etc) when there's unread notifications.
Description | <Hinoe> while I _can_ grant it as is, I'd prefer to know what I'm granting <Hinoe> deriDIOt: and this is where the assistreq with mod pm status would be helpful <Hinoe> sometimes I think the hint bar should be red, have a 48px font, and have its text inside <blink> <Hinoe> can't miss it _that_ way <worf> blink? amateurs <worf> real pros use <marquee> <Hinoe> I was about to say "inb4 marquee" <Hinoe> 3fast5me <CDB-Man> but yes i agree that is there's unread messages, we should make it stand out more <CDB-Man> a lot of the time, new users dont realize that yellow bar is even there <CDB-Man> can we define a new css class .unreadmessages so that we can style it? The yellow notification at the top is easy to miss, especially by new users. When there's unread messages, we should have a CSS class .unreadmessages and then style it something very stand-out and difficult to miss. Reduces the need for Mod PM to get responses to creqs.
