| Summary | 0003113: Home page: under the news block, also display all non-locked global announcements | ||||
| Description | If multiple global announcements are posted concurrently, only the most recent announcement is highlighted as a news item. Many users will, as a result of not being subscribed to the news, miss the fact that there's more news than just the highlighted post. Solution: cut out some space at the bottom of the news square for a table, to list all current global announcements that are not locked. Reason for filtering out locked items, is to avoid displaying the forum rules thread. | ||||
