Summary0000561: Add notification on series completion status
DescriptionI request a new notification option. It would be handy feature to get a notification when a series reaches complete or finished status from one group. This way one easily knows when a series has been done.

something similar to this is now implemented. however, it is based on the fact of wheter a file for the last ep (epno >= anime eps value) of a series is added or not.
it is not actually based on the anime-group status shown in the group status box.
