Summary0000581: break episodecreqs into bits
Descriptionthe idea is the following, atm romaji creqs block potential other creqs for other fields. splitting the epsiodes into language bits kills part of the problem. furthermore this allows to filter creqs on the creqpage and to assign a certain usergroup to a specific language.

3 blocks for the current episodes is a minimum:
- english, date, legth, description
- romaji
- kanji

possible could also be 4 which is maybe better
