Summary	0000599: language-specific views for anime page's Group Status area
Description	For shows that are being subbed by a ridiculous number of groups (i.e. Death Note, currently ~50 groups), something like "Show groups with subs in my preferred language(s)" beside the "Show all groups" link, would be helpful. Additionally the default setting could be added as a toggle in the preferences.
