Summary0000899: AniDB tracker: bug reports are not previewable or editable
DescriptionWhen submiting a bug report on this tracker, it is not possible :
* to preview it
* to edit it

And the result is often unpredictable, for example when we use some unicode characters, or when the syntax code is unknown.

Please provide a way to edit or preview a bug report. Thanks.
