| Description | Column sorting would be more user-friendly if it was descending by default. Most people usually want to see the _highest_ rated items, the _latest_ items or the _most_ number of items and it would make sense to order results accordingly. Besides the usability factor, this will probably save an extra expensive page load. | ||||

i'm guessing it realy depends on the page you want the sorting, so this is probably a moot request without stating what pages should get a descending sort by default. |

Columns in anime lists / my lists etc. where the commonly sorted columns usually involve numbers (ratings etc.) and require a page refresh. Thanks. |
