| Description | (knowing the tracker isn't perfect about UTF-8 as well, I wonder if the following will display well) I've got two issues with the following groups: http://anidb.net/g4613 : ™ (ANSI: TM) http://anidb.net/g5735 : H²O (ANSI: H20) First issue: When adding files for those groups (show=addfile OR show=addfilem), I can't search for their short-names (no result, or search refused). Second issue: On any group-anime page, with IE and FF, when LOGGED IN, the short-name will display incorrectly. For example: http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=group&gid=4613&aid=1542 ...display â?¢ instead of ™ http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=group&gid=5735&aid=69 ...display H²O instead of H²O It doesn't happen for visitors and other pages, so it could be a HTTP header issue on this page only, I don't really know. | ||||

the only thing i can confirm is the ed2k identify issue. tested with opera and ff |

you are right about the xml search, it fails saying the search isn't valid utf-8, this will be a pain. about the second part of the issue, as in the group name display i can find no issues with firefox, so if it's still happening it could be a IE issue. |
