Looks like it. I've seen it twice on the mass category addition pages and twice elsewhere (can't remember where exactly). I might also have seen this issue only after form submissions although I'm not sure about this. |

FYI: I am now seeing this every time on mass category form submissions (in Opera 9.25). |
