Summary0002864: Animelist: exclude weak relations from "related and in mylist" filter
DescriptionCurrently, weak rels show up in "related & not in mylist". Considering the great lengths we've gone to in order to limit the weak rel clusterfucks, that is a bit confusing.

I watched a few Black Jack anime, and look at all the unrelated stuff this thing throws into my results for that filter because of that:

Calling it "not useful" is an understatement; as far as the filter's usefulness goes, that's an outright liability. I was starting to wonder when I had added any Dragon Ball to my list when I saw One Piece in those results and figured out what was going on. This should be changed so as to exclude weak rels in order to apply some sanity to the filter.

I'm sure _some_ people out there will want the current behavior to stay, which is fine, but it should be by moving it to a new option (as in, changing the number of the mylist parameter), which I tentatively call "related & not in mylist (all)".
Additional InformationThis is the second of a set of three related requests. I'll add the third one shortly and link to both in a comment.
