Summary | 0002569: Forum: topic review (cmt.do.add=1, cmt.do.edit=1): reversed in-thread post number count
Description | When adding/editing a post, the "topic review" section displays the in-thread post number starting on 1 and counting up instead of starting on the latest post's number and counting down. The example case in the steps to reproduce should clarify this.
Steps To Reproduce | Go to https://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=cmt&id=60736 Currently, from the user's perspective, the posts are thus numbered in-thread: post #1 by deridiot post #2 by aliahmed post 0000003 by Hinoe post 0000004 by Deth93 ... post 0000011 by deridiot post 0000012 by Abystoma post 0000013 by deridiot ... post 0000023 by deridiot post 0000024 by Mortsyn post 0000025 by CDB-Man Now press "Add Post" (though it applies to any way of adding/editing a post as far as I see) and look at the topic review section. The latest 15 posts are shown in reverse order, which is good and useful. However, look at the in-thread post number: post #1 by CDB-Man post #2 by Mortsyn post 0000003 by deridiot ... post 0000013 by deridiot post 0000014 by Abystoma post #15 by deridiot This displays posts 25 through 11, in that order, but numbers them 1 through 15. This is how they should be instead: post 0000025 by CDB-Man post 0000024 by Mortsyn post 0000023 by deridiot ... post 0000013 by deridiot post 0000012 by Abystoma post 0000011 by deridiot Which would correspond to their actual in-thread numbering.
